Nick, after earning his BSBA from The Citadel in 1965, embarked on a distinguished career in Commercial & Business Banking that spanned over 40 years. He attended FBA Florida School of Banking and The University of Delaware Graduate School of Banking.

For more than a decade, Nick has been a prominent figure in the Commercial Real Estate industry, with a specialized focus on Retail Leasing and Property Management, particularly excelling in Landlord representation. His extensive experience and expertise in this domain have positioned him as a trusted authority in the field.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nick is deeply involved in the local community along the Grand Strand. His active participation includes longstanding memberships in Rotary, Knights of Columbus, Home Alliance, the City of Myrtle Beach Cultural Resource Committee, Long Bay Symphony, Leadership Grand Strand, and numerous other community organizations. In many of these, he has assumed leadership roles, demonstrating his dedication to contributing to the betterment of the community.

In his personal life, Nick finds joy in spending time with his wife and actively engaging in his teenage son’s various activities. Additionally, he cherishes visits from his adult daughter, emphasizing the importance of family in his life.
