Chris joined Keystone Commercial Realty in 2022 as the Myrtle Beach VA Building Manager, overseeing the Facility Management Contract for the newly constructed 120,000 SF U.S. VA Outpatient Clinic in Myrtle Beach. With a background encompassing 10 years of construction experience in various facets of the industry, including multi-million dollar projects along the East Coast, Chris brings valuable skills in project management and a hands-on approach to his role.

His dedication to ensuring minimal downtime at the VA facility translates to better service for veterans, a cause that holds significant importance for the Keystone team. Chris collaborates closely with the Property Management Division, providing additional support whenever needed.

Outside of work, Chris finds enjoyment in golfing, fishing, watching movies, and exploring different cuisines. These activities serve as a source of rejuvenation, helping him recharge for the week ahead.
