Curry Martin

Sales / Leasing Associate

Curry Martin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s esteemed culinary arts program and holds a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Queens University. His early years were spent in the fast-paced world of the restaurant industry, where he honed his skills as a chef and entrepreneur. For over a decade, he owned and operated Aspen Grille, an award-winning casual fine dining restaurant in Myrtle Beach, earning a reputation for excellence in both cuisine and hospitality.

After stepping away from the restaurant business, Curry transitioned into commercial real estate, bringing the same level of commitment and strategic thinking that made his restaurant a success. Alongside his wife, Jennifer, he co-founded a partnership group focused on acquiring and managing flex warehouse properties throughout the greater Myrtle Beach market. Their portfolio has since grown to encompass over 50,000 square feet of commercial space, reflecting their keen eye for investment and growth.

Curry’s deep understanding of business operations, combined with his expertise in commercial real estate, led him to a successful career as an Agent. After four years with Tideland Commercial Real Estate, he now brings his experience to Keystone, specializing in investment transactions, 1031 exchanges, and industrial and restaurant properties. His firsthand knowledge as a business owner gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to guide clients through complex transactions—whether they’re searching for the perfect site location or looking to sell or lease their property.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Curry is a dedicated member of the Myrtle Beach community. He actively participates in the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club and volunteers as an Impact Group leader at First Presbyterian Church. A resident for over fifteen years, he embraces the coastal lifestyle, enjoying travel and outdoor adventures with his wife and two daughters. He believes success comes from consistency and dedication, inspired by the words of Joshua Medcalf: “Dream BIG. Start small. Be ridiculously faithful.”
