Originally from Minnesota, Michelle traded snow boots for flip-flops when she made the sunny move to Myrtle Beach in 2022—happily leaving behind those famously long, cold winters.

A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Michelle once envisioned a future in law, with dreams of running a large firm. But fate had other plans. She discovered a passion for property management and has since built a successful career managing everything from Class A office spaces to industrial warehouses and residential HOAs.

Family is at the heart of Michelle’s world. She’s a proud mom to an adult son and a doting grandma to two energetic grandsons who visit often. In 2023, she even persuaded her sister and nephew to join her in Myrtle Beach. At home, Michelle is kept on her toes by her two furry companions—Stani, a regal Siberian cat, and Domino, a spirited Shih Tzu affectionately nicknamed “the tiny terror.”

Outside of work, Michelle embraces the coastal lifestyle with enthusiasm. She can be found gardening, reading, beachcombing, exploring local neighborhoods on “yard hops,” and embarking on spontaneous road trips. Whether it’s a quiet afternoon or an unexpected adventure, Michelle makes the most of every moment.
